Translation:
In the city of Lagos, on the fourth day of November, 1895 (eighteen ninety-five), at twelve o’clock noon, before the citizen Political Chief and Officer in Charge of the Civil Registry, there appeared Dr. Alejandro Martín del Campo, of legal age, married to Dolores González, who stated that his legitimate son Víctor was born on the 2nd (second) at 8:00 (eight) in the evening; grandson on the paternal line of Juan Martín del Campo and Petra González, and on the maternal line of Refugio González and Refugio de León. The witness who appeared for this act was Anselmo Moreno, married, landowner, and the record was duly signed by me and by the declarant.
This civil registration names the parents–connecting them toboth the marriage certificate and the first youngest Victor's civil registration. It also names the grandparents, giving us another primary source that connections both 1923 Victor all the way back to Juan Martín del Campo and Petra González.
